A more dynamic style
The 2024 Nissan Sentra looks more dynamic than before with its revised front end that features new headlamps, a new V-Motion front grille and new designs for the standard and available alloy wheels on SV and SR trim levels. Choosing the sporty SR adds another dose of style with the addition of dark chrome accents around the front grille, a revised rear fascia, and a new red-orange colour for the interior accent stitching that matches that of the Altima SR and the Frontier Pro-X and Pro-4X models.

The 2024 Nissan Sentra comes standard with the Nissan Safety Shield 360 suite of driver assistance technologies that includes forward collision avoidance with pedestrian detection, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, automatic high beams, and reverse emergency braking. Additional safety equipment is also available on the 2024 Sentra, such as adaptive cruise control, driver monitoring, and a 360-degree camera system. More fuel efficiency
The 2024 Nissan Sentra is more fuel efficient than before due to a revised Xtronic CVT transmission and the addition of auto start-stop functionality for the first time. The new transmission has been designed specifically to improve the fuel efficiency of the standard 2.0L engine while also making for a smoother driving experience. The addition of auto start-stop also makes for a more efficient drive, especially on urban roads. Indeed, this system turns off the engine when the vehicle is stopped for any length of time, such as at traffic lights or at a railroad crossing, in order to cut idling time and thus reduce any unnecessary fuel burn. As soon as the driver lifts their foot off the brake pedal, the engine starts back up smoothly and is ready to accelerate the Sentra back up to speed.
